Spa Conduct and Etiquette
FIRST VISIT
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we require that  you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing salon and spa treatments.
Please Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow adequate time to check in and fill out appropriate paper work, and prepare for your treatment.
Arriving late will simply limit your treatment reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.
 
LATE POLICY
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.
Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments are charged at full value.
Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
 
 
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED! Starting May 1, 2013 we will be requiring a credit card number at the time you book your next service to ensure your prompt arrival for your scheduled appointment.  Failure to show will result in your card being charged the full amount of the service you booked, UNLESS you cancel at least 24 HOURS prior to the appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
 
 
NO SHOWS
No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved, and/or any gift card or certificate associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited.
If you are canceling an appointment that you've also previously rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice - you will be charged full price.
 
We do not provide refunds for cancelled/ no show appointments. Spa packages, multiple service reservations, no shows, or for parties of three or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.
 
GUEST POLICIES
All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel chair access is required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, body treatments and facials is not recommended.
 
PAYMENTS & GRATUITY
The Spa accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as payment.
All gratuities may be added to your total charge amount for the day.
 Our recommended standard gratuity for  salon and spa treatments is 10%-25%.
 
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.
 
We welcome children into our salon and spa but ask that you use parental judgement when bringing them into the spa, we have expensive professional equipment and tools which could be harmful to children. We love kids and need them to refrain from touching and get onto our fixtures for their safety please!
